Cast out from a corporate life in 2009 and yearning for passionate adventures, this mermaid took the challenge of an alternate path. Building a small business in a down economy is an opportunity for taking a risk and creating something with just imagination, hard work, and culinary creativity. These chocolates are rescued from soulless mass-production, made without consultants, spreadsheets or meetings on the hour.
Creativity is the basis for my handmade ganaches. Subtle flavorings combine with only the richest of dark chocolate, fresh herbs and liquors. This chocolate is meant to be savored and shared.
When not dreaming up new flavors or hand dipping bonbons, Danielle can be spotted on the beaches of Scituate, MA., where any mermaid would be happy to call home. You may hear the call for chocolate and always remember…

Our Chocolate
Sirenetta chocolates are never refrigerated and use no preservatives. They are created, cut, dipped and packed by hand using the highest quality ingredients, the richest imported Valrhona chocolate and creative ganaches. Intense flavor selections are our seduction.
Sirenetta handcrafted artisanal chocolates are best in small slow bites, when shared with friends, and are always tastiest within three weeks of purchase.

Seventeen years ago Sirenetta set out to create amazing flavors, local friends and a small business that would test limits and bring a sense of pride and accomplishment.
