We don't use preservatives. That means freshness and a better tasting chocolate without the cloying aftertaste.
For all those reasons, we continue to make each piece by hand. No machinery, No assembly lines. No distributors.
Unfortunately this limits our production, so we can't be everywhere.

Q: Should I refrigerate my chocolates?
A: No. Refrigeration brings condensation which damages the chocolate. Keep your chocolates at room temp.
Q: How long will my chocolates stay fresh?
A: We recommend enjoying your chocolates AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!. They will be best within three to four weeks of purchase however.
Q: How often do you change the chocolate flavors?
A: Our Mix Mediterraneo and Seafarer's Trade flavors are available year-round. We create new seasonal or holiday collections about six times per year.
Q: Will you ship year-round?
A: Yes. However, shipping chocolate can be tricky, subject to the weather conditions and time and distance to the destination. If it is unseasonably warm at the recipient's address, we may contact you about changing your shipping to overnight. With chocolate, time is unkind when spent in the heat.
